As far as pricing goes, we at AgileMind give you the flexibility of choice. In addition to the pricing scenarios outlined below, we offer discounts for our regular customers, and launching a pilot project at a rock-bottom price, or even completely free is definitely a possibility.

Depending on the nature of a specific software outsourcing project, we usually offer two types of pricing models - a fixed-price calculation, and an hourly/daily rate-based model.

Essentially, the choice of a pricing scenario comes down to the nature of the project requirements and the complexity of the project itself. For most projects, our business analysts will study your requirements and elaborate a customer-centric proposal that will include preliminary fixed-price estimations along with the expected deadlines.

Once the specification is prepared, the price terms stipulated, and the fixed-price offer signed-off, any further change or feature request beyond he scope of the specification is handled separately.

While this scenario works nicely for many projects, when the project requirements or scope of work are expected to change, or cannot be defined due to the project nature, we recommend using a daily rate-based approach for optimum results.

Generally, every fixed-price project is divided into milestones, and customer is charged upon the completion of each, as stipulated previously.

With a rate-based scenario the customer is usually invoiced every two to four weeks, again, as agreed beforehand.
